The de facto norm of the nine to five job was tested en masse during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results were an interesting and fruitful new paradigm shift in the way businesses could, and arguably are building their corporate structures. Between the new work from home posture, and a hybrid work model combining work from home and in the work place. We are now facing a new and exciting time in the corporate work world.

Both employers and employees are noticing a significant benefit to working from home or adopting a new hybrid work model. It has significantly benefited the mental health of many people in the corporate work world. Over the course of nearly three years people were forced to work from home. Companies are now adapting and adopting this as a standard, while some are pushing back against it. It has been seen by most who lived through this trying time as a benefit to their overall mental health. Not to mention businesses reported faster completion of projects, higher morale, and overall a better work atmosphere.
